Nikki Lynn Losier-Carter

December 6, 1967 ~ January 10, 2019 (age 51) 51 Years Old

Tribute

Nikki Lynn Losier-Carter, 51, a lifelong resident of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Thursday, January 10, 2019, in Baytown surrounded by her family. She was born on December 6, 1967, in Baytown to Orville and Melba Bishop Losier. She attended school in the Barbers Hill ISD. Nikki worked for more than ten years as a florist with Kroger in Baytown before retiring.

Nikki was an outspoken and brutally honest woman. She had no boundaries but was very caring and had a huge heart. Nikki would give the shirt off her back if someone needed it. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to many who was protective of her boys and her family.

Nikki enjoyed fishing, gambling, playing slots and poker. But her favorite hobby was spending time with her children, grandchildren, brother, and family. Nikki also loved and adored her fur-babies (Pekinese dogs) almost as much as she loved her children. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Nikki was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 10 years, Alton “Tom” Carter; her brother Yank Losier; her sister Janet Page; and her beloved fur baby Squeaky. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her children Chance Brown and wife Raedean of the Highlands, Patrick Brown, Jr. and girlfriend Denise Urias of Baytown, Barbi Fontenot and husband Ragis of Raywood and Tim Vavra and girlfriend Kati Shipman of Cove; her grandchildren Brooke and Colton Brown, Paislee Miller and Waylin Galvan; her brother Joe Losier and wife Julene of Old River-Winfree; her sisters Missy Losier and fiancé Dion Tucker of Lake Jackson and Jodie Blankenship of Friendswood; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

Honoring the family by serving as pallbearers will be Chance Brown, Patrick Brown, Tim Vavra, Dustin Losier, Brett Losier, Joe Losier, Josh Losier, and Gavin Burgess.
