Mary Ann Castaneda

Mary Ann Castaneda, 71 of Dayton, Texas passed away on August 16, 2018 in Houston, Texas. She was Born on July 31, 1947 in Wiesbaden, Germany to the parents of James Marshall Shepard and Helga Efrida Bach. Mary was a resident of Dayton, Texas for the past 34 years after moving from Pasadena, Texas. She enjoyed crotchet, riding motorcycles, planting in her garden, riding and she really enjoyed butterflies.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents; daughter Helga Marie Georgeann Shepard.

She leaves behind to cherish her loving memories her son Robert James Whitfield Melton of San Antonio, Texas; grandson Kale Wade Melton of Devers, Texas; special friends Rudy Castaneda of Dayton, Texas, David and Brenda Stroud of Liberty, Texas, Billy and Jeannine Buller, Bernie and Pam Brown and Pastor Ken Davis.
