Stacie Lee Abshier

Stacie Lee Abshier, 45, of Anahuac, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, August 17, 2020, in Houston, Texas. She was born on April 22, 1975, in Baytown, Texas to the late Scherry Lynn Sturrock Coffman and Roger Dale Abshier. Stacie was a lifelong resident of Chambers County and called Anahuac home. She worked for several years as a project coordinator for various companies within the Port of Houston.

Stacie was a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and friend to many. She was full of life and had a smile that could light up any room. Stacie enjoyed nothing more than spending time with her “tribe” and going to the beach. She was an avid fan of what all the beach had to offer. Stacie had a special love and passion for all animals, especially horses. She was very fond of her Jeep, she relished holidays and enjoyed the taste of Starbucks coffee. Stacie could usually be found on her mower or tractor, maintaining her beautiful yard. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Stacie was preceded in death by her parents; her grandmother Hazel Sturrock; her sister Tracie Knupple; her nephew Curry Fancher; and her brother Roger Dale Abshier, Jr. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory, her children Cade Moorman and Jessica Sigers; her two grandchildren; her sister Christina Abshier; her brother Travis Knupple and wife Tammy; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.

It was Stacie’s request to be cremated and services honoring her life will be held at a later date.
