Margaret Ann Sager

Margaret Ann Sager, 71, of Shreveport, Louisiana, and formerly of Humble, Texas, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022, in Shreveport. She was born on June 10, 1951, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to the late Edeania Perry and Albert Edward Sager, Jr. Margaret graduated from Humble High School, with the class of 1969 and obtained her Bachelors in Education from University of Houston.

Margaret worked for many years as an educator with Humble ISD until her retirement. She was dedicated in her faith and was a faithful member of the Humble Assembly of God. Margaret pursued many interests, some of which included her sewing and bible studies.

Margaret was a memorable woman who was wicked funny and beyond outgoing. She could strike up a conversation with others spontaneously and she never met a stranger. Margaret will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved her.

Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; and her cousin Karen Hull. She leaves behind many cousins and friends to cherish her loving memory.

A graveside service and committal will be held at 11am, on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, in Huffman Cemetery in Huffman, Texas. A memorial service will follow at 1pm, in the Fellowship Hall at the Humble First Assembly of God, 1915 FM 1960 Bypass, Humble, TX 77338.
