Lisa Renee Little

Lisa Renee Little, 59, of Dayton, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at her residence. She was born on May 11, 1962, in Houston, Texas, to Mary Rogers Little and the late William T. Little. Lisa was retired from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, where she worked for approximately 15 years as a correctional officer.

Lisa pursued many interests, some of which included crafting, shopping at resales and thrift stores, and playing BINGO. One of her greatest joys was spending quality time with her great-nephew Brayden, taking him shopping. Lisa was always fun and had an outgoing personality. She was one of the nicest people and was a devoted aunt and friend to so many.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father; her sister Laurie Anne Lowe; her paternal grandparents Era Mae and Walter Little; her maternal grandparents Jane and Julian L. Rogers. She leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her mother; her son William Jacob Little and wife Brittany; her brother James Little; her great-nephews Carter Rollins and Brayden Franklin; her niece Danielle Rollins and husband Ernie; and a host of many of relatives and friends. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

It was Lisa’s wish to be cremated and to be remembered by all as the kind, loving and funny woman that he was.
