Jackie Y. Hiller

Jacqueline Yvonne Hiller, 81, longtime resident of Devers, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2018 in Anahuac, Texas. She was born on February 2, 1937 in Houston, Texas, daughter of the late Rayborne and Minnie Pyle Rhodes. Jackie graduated from Galena Park High School in 1955. 

Jackie was a night owl and she loved all animals from dogs, cats, horses, raccoons and possum. She would care for and feed anything that wondered up on her porch. 

Jackie was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband of 60 years, Dallas Hiller; and her sister Evelyn Henley. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her brothers David Rhodes and wife Helen of Mont Belvieu and Donald Rhodes and wife Linda of Pasadena; and other loving relatives and friends. Jackie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. 

Cremation services have been entrusted to Sterling Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas.
