Deborah Ann Huntley Ficarro of Baytown, Texas, passed away on Monday, September 4, 2017 at Ben Taub Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born on November 3, 1956 in Mount Pleasant, Texas to R.C. and Glenda Huntley. Deborah grew up in the Lakewood edition in Baytown, where she attended elementary school. She graduated from Ross Sterling High School in 1974. She worked as a stocker and cashier for Walmart in Baytown for the past 15 years.
Deborah was a former member of Eastgate Church in Dayton and a current member of Marantha Church in Mont Belvieu.
Deborah was an avid outdoor enthusiast. She loved the great outdoors and enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping. She was outgoing and never met a stranger. Deborah was a friend to all and loved her family immensely. She was always straight forward with everyone and would tell you just how it was. Deborah will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Deborah was preceded in death by her father R.C. Huntley; and her brother Randy Huntley. She is survived by her mother Glenda J. Huntley Massingill; her brother Alan Ray Huntley; her sister Tammy J. Huntley Moore and husband Henry; her very special nieces Crystal Marchette, Cassey Ann Perron and Risa Walraven and husband Cody; and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Friends are invited to visit with the family from 6pm until 8pm on Thursday, September 7, 2017 in the chapel of Sterling Funeral Home, 602 N. Main Street, Dayton, Texas. A graveside service and committal will be held at 2pm on Friday, September 8, 2017 in Palms Memorial Park in Dayton, Texas, where Deborah will be laid to rest next to her brother Randy.
