Betty Jane Harris

Betty Jane Byrd Harris, found peace and comfort on Saturday September 14th 2019. She in now in the loving arms of our Lord Jesus Christ and her wonderful family in Heaven. Betty was born on November 6th, 1936, in Quitmau, Mississippi in Clarke County to Parents John Byrd and Nola Estelle Byrd. She graduated Trimble Tech High, Fort Worth in 1955 and attended Tarrant County College in Hurst, Texas.

Betty married Danny Paul Seaborn in Fort Worth. They raised four children, one daughter and three sons. Betty lived in North Texas and was a Financial Executive for a HUD contractor Home Telos. She was retired in Granbury, Texas for the past 10 years. 

Betty is survived by her; son, Michael Paul Seaborn and wife Denise Fowler; daughter, Cindy Lee Miller and husband Andy Miller; son, Mark James Seaborn and wife Beth Wibker; son, Martin Perry Seaborn and wife Jenny Seaborn. And her two sweet puppies, Snickers, and Chloe. Betty was know as Mom, Mother, Grams, Grandma and greatly loved by her 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. 

A Memorial will be held in her honor November 9th at the Wiley Funeral Home Chapel, located at 400 Hwy 377 East, Granbury, TX 76048 at 1:00pm. A Ceremony and Inurnment will be held November 30th at 2:00pm at the Anahuac Cemetery in the Houston area where she will be laid to rest near her parents John Byrd, Nola Estelle Byrd and brother John S. Byrd and not far from her sister Evelyn Jeanette Byrd Heiman.
