Sam, Willie, and Betsy -
So very sorry. Penny was a good friend and always there for me during our Pennzoil years. She will be sorely missed. Praying for you all,
Sandy

It saddens my heart to hear the news of Penny's passing. She was such a sweet person with a big heart, always cheerful and had a positive disposition about her. She was a wonderful person who truly loved her family every moment she could. I miss visiting with her at the Mont Belvieu office when we would catch up on the family and ask what was new. My prayer is for the Lord to comfort her precious family and give them peace, In Jesus Name. Amen!

To Penny's family~I know that no words can comfort you at this time and I just pray that with time you will heal. Penny had been a friend for a long time and I loved her. We had some fun in our younger yrs..and as adults we would run into each other at the Post Office and have brief conversations that would follow with laughter of course. I loved her laugh! Penny you went too soon and we will Miss You dearly..Your Friend, Vicky Butler Page

To The King Family: Penny was a strong driving force within Shell Pipeline. Her work, laughter, and courageous spirit will be remembered forever. She spoke of her family often as though I knew you, especially her grandson. It is still hard to believe a link is broken but never forgotten.
